Group Buy Rules

These are the Terms and Conditions of using the Group Buy Section!

1. https://devleak.nulledtime.com is in no way responsible for actions of members in this section, however, it will be heavily moderated!
2. All Group Buy members/organizers must be 18 years old to participate
3. All Group Buy members/organizers must remain true to their word about sharing current and future versions of the product with those that contributed.
4. All Group Buy members/organizers are posting here for the benefit of the community and will contribute to the community (failure to do so will result in being banned)
5. By participating in a Group Buy you agree to release the forum Owners, Administrators & Moderators or any other staff of any and all liability and waive all rights that may under any law and governing bodies. By posting in this thread you agree you are entering a binding contract between the organizer and the participants.
6. All members of the forum can only have ONE Group Buy open at a time (failure to do so will result in being banned).
7. The terms of the Group Buy must be laid out clearly for all parties.
8. There must be a date of completion for the Group Buy, Group Buys that are open for more then a months time will be closed by staff.

Failure to be a true and honest person or to follow these rules will result in being banned from the forums.
